  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer various shipping options, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be processed once it is completed and ready to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery times, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. We will keep you updated if any delays affect your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lioness Order, every product is a unique, custom creation, designed specifically for you. We want to ensure that you love your purchase, but please review our policies below:

  • Custom Orders: All custom-designed products are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold or reused.

  • All Sales Are Final: Since our products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders once they have been confirmed.

  • Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring each custom order meets our high standards of quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
